How it works!
- Teens (middle & high school students) may check out any item type
- 25 item checkout limit
(except for New Castle County Libraries which have a 12 item limit for the first 6 months*) - No fines for overdue materials (*Lost materials will be billed)
- Teens may choose to keep their current card or upgrade to the new design
